Yuka-sensei is a wonderful teacher—truly deserving of 5 ⭐️! After taking numerous lessons with her, I can confidently say she is knowledgeable, experienced, and incredibly talented at teaching. Her student-focused, engaging, and enthusiastic approach has been exactly what I needed to elevate my Japanese skills. Throughout our lessons, Yuka-sensei tailors the curriculum to my specific interests, helping me improve dramatically in areas like reading news articles, conversation, pronunciation (including proper accent), keigo, and penmanship (writing Japanese beautifully). Yuka-sensei’s positivity and enthusiasm make each lesson not just educational but also fun. Thank you, Yuka-sensei, for all your help on my Japanese language journey!

Yuka is a great teacher who has really helped me improve my Japanese. Her explanations are thoughtful and thorough. It really helps me that the lesson is almost 100% in Japanese, it forces me to actually use Japanese and not depend on English at all. Yuka’s lessons are well planned and thought out and she always shares the notes from the class. 10/10 would recommend Yuka’s classes.

Yuka is a very thoughtful teacher. She took her time to gauge my level and quickly figured out where we could work together to improve my Japanese I also noticed that she's very patient when I need to work through a more complicated thought. I appreciate this because it gives me an opportunity to practice expressing myself without preparing in advance. Looking forward to my next lesson!
