Hello! I am Lauren, a Native English speaker from Ireland. I am TEFL certified and I have experience teaching in language schools in Malta and Italy, as well as online here on Preply. I have helped many students to get better with their conversational English and I can help you too!
I believe your English does not need to be perfect for you to be able to have a conversation with and to be understood. In my lessons I always offer error corrections to help you become aware of the mistakes you are making, which is the first step to becoming better at the language.

I have been teaching English online since May 2021, and I have taught in English language schools in Italy and Malta. I hold a 120 hour TEFL certificate (TEFL Ireland). In my trial lessons I like to get to know the student and to talk about their goals with English, in order to see how I can be of help. I also like to make use of news articles in my classes. I think reading through authentic English material is a great way to increase your vocabulary, and by reading it aloud I can help you to correct your pronunciation.Mi material didáctico
