Finished my third lesson with Stacey, and I look forward to many more :) My goal is to speak more, and Stacey takes care to make our lessons support this goal. My favorite part of lessons with Stacey is her patience (so patient!) and the way that she encourages me to build and improve sentences little by little. In this way the pace is not scary, but I'm still challenged and can grow. Every lesson has been a little different in format: - read a passage and answer questions - describe a photo - talk about what I have done / like / plans, etc. - general Q&A I always feel engaged and an hour passes quickly!

she is such an amazing and kind teacher. she always motivates you to keep going . her lessens are fun and really help you , if you have trouble with finding the right words she will help you. I'm so glad I choose her as my teacher and I'm so thankful for all the lessons we already had. 자는 너무 감사해요 💜💜

First lesson I was nervous but she made me feel very welcome and comfortable, I enjoyed it and i can’t wait to learn again!

I highly recommend Stacey to anyone who is interested in learning Korean. She is an excellent teacher, and she is passionate about helping her students succeed. Stacey has a deep understanding of the Korean language, and she is able to explain complex concepts in a clear and concise way. She is also very patient and supportive, and she is always willing to go the extra mile to help her students learn. I have made significant progress in my Korean studies since I started taking classes with Stacey. I am confident that I will be able to continue to improve with her help.

Already 13 lessons together?! My schedule is a little strange, but I find time for Stacey because I enjoy our lessons together so much. More than anything, she makes me feel comfortable about making mistakes 😳 Mistakes and stumbles and getting stuck is going to happen, I know, but my fears have held me back. Finally, I'm starting to loosen up and talk freely, flaws and all, because Stacey boosts me up and encourages me. It's truly comforting how Stacey understands what I mean to say 😄 She patiently let's me fumble through a thought, then will help me find the right words. No judgement, just supportive coaching. Somehow we have a lot of fun in our lessons, and maybe that is part of the secret sauce.

One of my favorite things about working with Stacey님 is her patience. I feel like it takes me forever to gather my thoughts to respond in Korean and she’s sooo patient with me. She asks me questions in Korean which helps me with my listening skills and encourages new vocabulary. Thank you again for a fun lesson!
