Yohei is legit one of the coolest tutors I've had. He's super attentive and our conversations flow super well. He helps me expand my Japanese ability while also giving me time to make mistakes and learn from them. He's patient and funny and gives amazing recommendations for books, movies, and shows. 本当にありがとうございます！

I had a great first lesson with Yohei Sensei! I'm currently taking his survival Japanese course to prepare for an upcoming trip to Japan, and I'm really enjoying it so far. I feel that the mixture of materials and exercises he used in his class were very helpful, including practicing speaking, listening, and learning cultural points along the way. He's a teacher who knows how to teach and keeps you engaged, so I feel his lesson was money well spent.

Right off the bat, Yohei's super fun and easy to talk to. He adjusts the conversation to your interests, as well as speaking and listening comprehension abilities, while also sprinkling in new words or grammar nuggets (and corrections) with moments that make you laugh. I've only had a few lessons so far, but I look forward to the future ones!
