Amazing as always - we've covered so many really interesting topics together in all our lessons which I've never seen in any textbooks; we've talked about lighthearted things like small talk, how our weekends have been, music and movies, but also more complicated topics like the pandemic, discrimination, and so much more. I pick up so much real-world vocabulary and it's really helping me improve my confidence. Thank you Shoko-sensei for your endless patience as I try to describe things when I don't have the words!

I had a great time talking with Shoko! She is a very enthusiastic and fun person to talk to. She also made me feel comfortable and always encouraged me to talk with a smile. Her English is also very good too so if you're a beginner you will have a really smooth conversation! Thank you Shoko!

I had another really fun lesson with Shoko-sensei! Today I learnt how to introduce myself in the most natural way, which I plan to use at work when I meet my new coworkers! I'm glad I can just chat about anything with Shoko-sensei after a long day of work without feeling too stressed out :) Thanks for another great lesson! Looking forward to the next one~
