今天我们复习了语法和（词（？））。Today, we reviewed grammar and vocabulary. Yasmine was very patient with me when I had forgotten the pronunciation of some characters. First, she would give me a hint; if I still couldn't remember it, she would tell me the word again and and the meaning. I appreciate her calm and patient way of teaching me, because helps me gain the confidence/motivation to practice, instead of avoiding it due to fear of making mistakes. 谢谢老师。

Today we went over homework！今天我们复习了我的作业。I really like that 老师, checks for understanding or redefines words we've gone over before. It helps solidify the word in my memory and allows me relearn it, just in case I've forgotten it. Additionally, it helps me connect the meaning to the 汉子.
