My classes discussing literature with Bernardo (Don Quijote specifically), have been a wonderful way to acquire Spanish organically. Bernardo is very knowledgeable and extremely patient, which makes the class feel very safe and makes learning seem effortless.

Bernardo is always incredibly well prepared for our classes. Usually our writing classes include reading and reviewing some sort of short story and going through various writing exercises. He provides plenty of feedback throughout the class and also gives me homework to work on between classes.

This provides the opportunity to expand your fluency, comprehension and pronunciation. Bernardo also clearly explains grammar principles. Each lesson with Bernardo is a creative and enjoyable opportunity to learn Spanish.

I love my lessons with Bernardo! I’ve completed over 20 “Let’s Write” classes with him, and every session leaves me feeling both engaged and genuinely challenged. I’ve been stuck at a B2 level in Spanish for years, but thanks to how Bernardo structures his lessons—pushing you to think, reason, and express complex ideas in Spanish—I now feel at or very close to C1. Plus, as a writer, a bonus is that his classes have also helped me grow in my craft in my native language. I highly recommend Bernardo!
