Michele is a great teacher of Italian. He is very thorough in his lessons and has been very helpful in guiding me to my language goals. Since starting lessons with Michele my understanding of Italian and its grammar has grown considerably. I've now had three lessons with Michele. He provides excellent resources and materials and is very good at identifying areas that need improvement and then working together to improve them. Nothing is better than learning Italian in a way that helps us truly understand both the language and Italy itself. Michele is incredibly knowledgeable, warm, and endlessly accommodating—always ready to follow our curious detours and our desire to dive deeper into whatever we are reading.
Today we explored Emilia-Romagna and its mountain areas, discussing which cities are considered especially beautiful and which perhaps less so—along with so much more. Every lesson feels rich, engaging, and full of discovery.
