Regular practice can also help with accent reduction but I am a big believer that if it does not affect communication then accents are great to keep! I am happy to explain grammar points as best as I can but bear in mind I am not a professional teacher. I will offer corrections so you don't keep repeating the same mistakes and more natural phrase alternatives.
