These are the phrases that we use at the restaurant

At the resraurant (phrases)

You ask this when you wonder about the ingredients of the dish

You ask this when you wonder if there is a specific ingredient in the dish (maybe you are allergic to it)

You ask for the menu from the waiter/waitress

The waiter/waitress asks you this after you have checked the menu. This means, "have you chosen your meals?"

You order your meal/You say what you want to eat.

I'll need another minute./Give me a minute.

The waiter/waitress asks you if you want something sweet (dessert) or before the main meal (starters).

Would you like something for [dessert, starters]?

You try to get the attention of the waiter/waitress

You say what you CAN'T eat due to your allergy

You say what ingredient you DON'T WANT in your dish

The waiter/waitress asks you if you want something to drink

The waiter/waitress asks you if you liked your meal

The waiter/waitress tells you, "enjoy your meal"
