Hi! I want to start learning english and speak it fluently. Can you give me any advices? (I'm Russian)

Each time,when I take my daughter to the oculist, I see nobady smiling there, and almost every parent feels sad about their children's eyes. The prescription of the majority children's glasses need to be higher to see the world clearly. But when they get out of the oculist, both the parent and the child look down and focus on their phone in less 20 CM. About three monthes or half a year at most, they go to the oculist again...... I don't know who invented cell phone,maybe Jobs. Did he seriously think about the myopia problems might caused by using cellphone in a short distance. In my childhood, outdoor activities took up over 60% of my awake time which gave my eyes a chance to enjoy enough sunshine and enough time to look farther. I don't know whether people in other countries concern about children's sight when the children going online, but in my countries, we concern about our children's sight every day. We spend a lot of money to treat myopia, I check my daughter's axial length every 20 or 30 days, hope it to go back in a safe length. The great news is that myopia can be treated has been proved. I have learned a lot about treating myopia ,and using some useful equipments to stop the development of my daughter's myopia, such as these things below. Some of them I really want to recommend, but I don't know how to say them in English（I only know Essilor， 650nm red light）. In that case, playing on your smart phone are positive. Your eyesight will get better if you spend enough time going online via the equipments, which is very different from the past time!

The Chinese New Year holiday(officailly)has just passed,but actually only the Lantern Festival, also known as Yuanxiao Festival,which falls on the 15th day of the first lunar month in China(it is on 24 February this year) marks the end of the Chinese New Year celebrations. I have some news, good ones this time… I suppose that you heard from our friends that I moved from my apartment in Sarajevo and I bought a big and beautiful house in Mostar. New house – new decorations like it supposed to be. Now I have a lot of furniture that I don’t use now since it doesn’t fit in new environment, and I decided to sell it. I am not selling much stuff: one bedroom couch (big, cozy, 220cm*180cm, made of wood, without any damage) and one closet (also made of wood, from store Jysk, two doors, five shelves and two drawers, 200cm height).
