I’ve gradually formed my daily English learning habits, and now I would like to apply these habits to my Japanese and Spanish learning. I’ve found shadowing practice quite useful for improving pronunciation. There are plenty of English shadowing practice videos on YouTube, so I supposed there would also be other languages’ versions. However, I only found a few Japanese and Spanish shadowing practice videos. The most surprising discovery today has been a Spanish shadowing practice video that is almost the same as the English one that I watch every day for practice. Not only the structure of these two videos but also the stories in them are similar. There are even the same sentences in these two stories. The only difference is the language, one English, the other Spanish. Isn’t this plagiarism? Although I really like the original English version, and hope there are similar videos in other languages, I feel uneasy about practicing with the Spanish version.

The student said I must go home for the Spring Festival, I said yes and will not live here anymore. She said but I just moved in last month and asked me if I have found a new one. On the train I heard that a woman was calling her grandpa, her grandpa said he will give a red package to her and her sister. I was suddenly in tears. Trully: What is it, finally, that life is like? It must be a wild goose treading on snow and mud.

The weather is fair today. Chinese New Year’s Eve will be tomorrow, and it’s a big day here. We will be participating in a variety of traditional activities. Many people will rush to the local temple to burn their first joss sticks at midnight on New Year’s Eve, as it is believed to bring good fortune. Additionally, I am excited to collect red envelopes, although I've noticed they contain less money as I grow older. Is this a trick? It seems rather cunning to give more money to children when they can't fully comprehend its value, and then less as they grow older and can actually utilize it.

Clearly, to reach the level of success in a business you must consider some various factors to promote the idea of a business. Therefore, you have to obtain competitive advantage against your competitors as a result of increasing the market share of your entity. Consequently, range of variables may contribute to the success of an entity such as: - Lack of knowledge the essential in the working environment, in particular bad behavior or IT control support - Lack of management by the directors and the governance people - Non- compliance with laws, regulations and corporate governance - Insider trading and other fraudulent actions, including selling securities, stocks or bonds to increase it's profit illegally. - Non-maintenance internal control procedures which can lead to misstatements and misclassifications of the transactions in the entity. The point of non-internal control in the corporation can lead to various problems and lead to ineffective management. To come up with a conclusion, any entity's need to adapt and plan carefully to succeed in today's dynamic environment with full of controls and efficiency during the procedures.
