Never look at the sentences when listening to the voice recording. 
And Listen to the sentence repeatedly until you hear it completely.

회사 근처에 새로운 식당이 생겼습니다. 음식이 맛있고 가격도 저렴해서 점심시간에 직원들이 자주 갑니다. 하지만 점심시간에는 사람이 많아서 자리를 찾기가 어렵습니다.

You mumble* something about the weather (if you are British this is a sure thing. We love to talk about the weather) and then… nothing. 

Your mind goes blank* and you stand awkwardly looking at the coffee, wondering why it is taking so long to make…

Or picture this: you’ve joined a meeting online and there are one or two colleagues already there. You’re waiting for others to join and you have to pass the time. But the same thing happens … you can’t think of anything interesting to say and there is awkward silence….
