想念的地图

假如想念是一张地图，打开思念的地图，你也许会发现，不管这张地图有多么复杂，想念的起点也是终点。小孩子想念的是亲人，长大了，想念的是恋人，后来，想念的对象又变成了亲人。人生最初的想念和最后的想念几乎是一样的，无论我们走多远，也是殊途同归。

想念一个人到底是什么滋味？如果可以不要想念一个人，是不是会比较自由？想念一旦展开，我们都是不自由的。当我老了，当一切都结束，远方不再有想念，那时候我会感受到能够想念一个人，也被人想念，这张地图是漂亮的。

Episode 8: Sports Around the World

Greenland's prime minister has said that the people of the mineral-rich Arctic territory don't want to be Americans.

However, he understands the US President-elect Donald Trump's interest in the island given its strategic location, and he's open to greater cooperation with Washington.

The comments from the Greenlandic leader, Múte B. Egede, came after Trump said that he wouldn't rule out using force or economic pressure in order to make Greenland — a semiautonomous territory of Denmark — a part of the US.

Trump said that it was a matter of national security for the US.

Egede acknowledged that Greenland is part of the North American continent, and "a place that the Americans see as part of their world." He said he hasn't spoken to Trump, but that he's open to discussions about what "unites us."

"Cooperation is about dialogue. Cooperation means that you will work towards solutions," he said.

Egede has been calling for independence for Greenland, presenting Denmark as a colonial power that hasn't always treated the Indigenous Inuit population well.

"Greenland is for the Greenlandic people. We do not want to be Danish, we do not want to be American. We want to be Greenlandic," he said.

Trump's desire for Greenland has caused anxiety across Europe. The US is a strong ally of the European Union, and many Europeans were shocked by the suggestion that an incoming US leader could even consider using force against an ally.

Greenland has a population of 57,000. But it is a vast territory possessing natural resources that include oil, gas, and rare earth elements, which are expected to become more accessible as ice melts because of climate change.

It also has a key strategic location in the Arctic, where Russia, China and others are seeking to expand their interests.

Greenland, the world's largest island, lies closer to the North American mainland than to Denmark.

La Vera Storia del Tiramisù
La vera storia del Tiramisù è avvolta da un'atmosfera romantica e suggestiva, una storia di sapori e di persone che hanno contribuito a creare uno dei dolci italiani più celebri al mondo.
Si ritiene che le origini del Tiramisù possano essere fatte risalire al XVII secolo, nel cuore delle affascinanti città di Treviso o Venezia, nella regione del Veneto. Una delle leggende più amate racconta di donne delle locande veneziane che preparavano questo dessert per i marinai che arrivavano in città. Il Tiramisù era un dolce perfetto per quei tempi, in quanto conteneva ingredienti facilmente conservabili, come uova, zucchero e caffè. I savoiardi, i biscotti leggeri e asciutti utilizzati nella ricetta, garantivano che il dolce rimanesse fresco e delizioso anche dopo lunghi viaggi in mare.
Un altro aneddoto racconta la visita del Granduca di Toscana, Cosimo III de' Medici, alla città di Siena nel XVII secolo. (...)
