・学校で日本語を教えるには、日本語教師の資格を取る必要があります。

・海外で生活するには、英語を勉強する必要があります。

自分の気持ちのーしないといけない、というよりも、資格とか、予約とか、システム上などでそうしないとできない、という時に使うことが多いです。

日本に引っ越しをする人はもしかしたら、移住のための書類を用意する必要がある、というような文をたくさん使うかもしれないですね。
