はい、こんにちは。今日はポッドキャストの22回目です。すっかり暖かくなりました。日差しが強いので、外に出る時は日焼け止めをつけています。スウェットを着て寝ると少し暑いですが、Tシャツだとまだ寒く感じるので、夜は何を着るか迷います。毎日の飲み物も、温かいものより、冷たいものを飲むようになってきました。

Hi, this is podcast episode 22. It's all warmed up. The sun is shining, so I wear sunscreen when I go outside. It's a bit hot when I sleep in a sweatshirt, but it still feels cold in a T-shirt, so I'm not sure what to wear at night. I also have started to drink cold drinks every day instead of hot ones.

暖かくなると、出かけたくなりますね。今日は午前中のレッスンで、海の話をしました。子供の頃は、どの国の人もよく海に行きます。海の近くに家や別荘がある人もいますし、国内や海外のビーチに旅行に行く人もいます。「別荘」とは、休みの間だけ利用する家です。私も子供のとき、よく海に行きました。東京の近くの海はあまり綺麗ではないので、そのときは海があまり好きではありませんでした。浅瀬にはクラゲがたくさんいて、よく刺されました。「浅瀬」とは、海の浅い部分です。その後、いろいろな国のビーチに行きました。バリ島の海は青くて、水が透明で、とてもきれいでした。シドニーのボンダイビーチは、人が多くて賑やかでした。ロサンゼルスのサンタモニカビーチは、空がピンク色で驚きました。

The warmer the weather, the more you want to go out. Today, in the morning lesson, we talked about the sea. As children, people from all countries often go to the sea. Some people have houses or Bessou near the sea, while others go on trips to national or international beaches. A 'Bessou (holiday home)' is a house that is only used during holidays. When I was a child, I used to go to the sea a lot. I didn't like the sea then because the sea near Tokyo is not very clean. There were many jellyfish in Asase and I was often stung. 'Asase (shallows)' are shallow parts of the sea. I then went to beaches in different countries. The sea in Bali was blue and the water was clear. Bondi Beach in Sydney was crowded and busy. Santa Monica Beach in Los Angeles was amazing because the sky was pink.

海は国や地域によって全然印象が違うので、面白いですね。レッスンでも、ときどき生徒さんが、旅行に行ったビーチの写真を見せてくれます。どの海も特徴的です。日本で一番有名なビーチリゾートは、沖縄です。ダイビングをする人に人気があります。沖縄は日本の一番南で、台湾の近くにある島です。私はいつか、南米と南ヨーロッパのビーチに行ってみたいです。海以外にも、活火山とか、氷山とか、普段は見られない自然の景色を見てみたいですが、そこまで行くのが大変そうですね。「活火山」とは、１万年以内に噴火をしたことがあって、現在も煙が出ている火山のことです。「氷山」は北極や南極にある大きな氷の塊のことです。

안녕하세요? 여러분, 아이토키 한국어 선생님입니다.

이제 곧 새해가 다가오고 있어요. 여러분은 새해에 어떤 계획이 있나요?

한국에서는 새해 첫날에 해돋이를 보러 가요. 해돋이는 해가 처음 떠오르는 장면을 보는 건데요, 보통 1월 1일 새벽에 해돋이를 보러 가요.

한국 사람들은 새해 첫날, 해돋이를 보며 소원을 빌기도 해요. 
해돋이를 보러 가는 인기 있는 곳이 몇 군데 있는데, 그중에서 가장 유명한 곳은 강릉의 정동진이에요. 

정동진은 바다가 바로 앞에 있어서 바다와 함께 해돋이를 볼 수 있는 아주 멋진 장소로 유명하죠.

그럼 왜 한국 사람들은 해돋이를 보러 갈까요? 해돋이는 새로운 시작을 의미해요. 

'새로운 하루가 시작된다'는 뜻으로, 해가 떠오를 때 새로운 희망을 가지려는 마음을 담고 있어요. 

또 한국 속담 중에 **"첫 술에 배부르랴"**라는 말이 있어요. 

이 말은 첫 시도에서 모든 것이 완벽할 수 없다는 의미인데요, 해돋이를 보면서 올해는 더 나은 자신이 되기를 기원하는 사람들이 많아요.

그리고 해돋이를 보러 갈 때, 친구나 가족과 함께 가는 경우가 많아요. 

가족이나 친구와 따뜻한 차 한 잔을 마시면서 새해 첫 아침을 맞이하는 거죠.

이렇게 새해 해돋이는 한국에서 중요한 것 중 하나에요.

今天想和大家聊一聊“平衡”的话题。
大家应该都听说过 work-life balance吧？中文我们可以说“工作和生活的平衡”。我们每个人的时间都是有限的，每天只有24小时。我们需要睡觉、吃饭、工作、照顾家人、联系朋友，还有自己的兴趣爱好等等。
如果工作很忙，需要经常加班，那我们留给其他事情的时间就变少了。你会怎么选择呢？我觉得不论选择工作还是选择生活，最重要的是你明白自己想要的是什么。
有的人每天花很多时间在工作上，很忙很累，但是他很享受，因为他喜欢他的工作。有的人每天朝九晚五，也就是早上9点上班，下午5点下班。每天都是很固定的上下班时间，一点儿也不忙。但是他们过得很不开心，即使下班后有很多自己的时间，他们也只是玩一晚上手机。
在人生的不同阶段，我们追求的东西会不一样。年轻的时候，我们有很多个人的时间，可以去尝试很多的事情，了解自己喜欢什么。到了中年，我们有了家庭，有了责任，这个时候需要有更多的时间留给家人。不论是什么时候，都要热爱自己做的事情。只有热爱，才会让你对生活充满激情。平衡不是我们的目的，幸福快乐才是。
