陳「失礼します。陳公明と申します。本日はよろしくお願いいたします。」

若竹「はい、どうぞおかけください。こちらこそ、よろしくお願いします。
今日はお忙しい中お越しいただきありがとうございます。」

陳「ありがとうございます。よろしくお願いします。」




若竹「では、まず簡単に自己紹介をお願いできますか。」

陳「はい。私は中国の上海出身で、大学では情報工学を専攻しました。
卒業後、日本の日系企業でシステムエンジニアとして働いており、現在は３年目です。
主に社内システムの運用とデータベースの管理を担当しています。」

若竹「なるほど。日本語もとても上手ですね。JLPT N1をお持ちだとか？」

陳「はい、取得しております。日本語の仕事環境にも慣れてきました。」

若竹「素晴らしいですね。ちなみに、これまでどんなプロジェクトを経験されましたか。」

陳「最近は、販売管理システムのリプレイスプロジェクトに関わりました。
要件定義からテストまで、一連の工程を経験しました。」




若竹「当社のIT部門では、クラウド環境の運用やデータ連携なども多いのですが、
AWSやAzureの経験はありますか？」

陳「はい、AWSはEC2とRDSを中心に使用しています。
インフラ構成の自動化にも興味があり、Pythonでスクリプトを書くこともあります。」

若竹「おお、いいですね。Pythonが使えるのは大きな強みですよ。」




若竹「当社では、東京本社と大阪支店の間でリモート会議が多いのですが、
チームワークやコミュニケーションで意識していることはありますか。」

陳「はい。国籍や背景が違っても、相手の意図を正確に理解することを意識しています。
また、自分の意見を伝えるときは、必ず根拠を示すようにしています。」

若竹「すごく良いですね。実は、私も音楽が好きで、ライブによく行くんですけど、
陳さんの趣味にも『ライブ鑑賞』とありましたね。」

陳（笑いながら）「はい。日本のロックバンドが好きで、週末によく行きます。」

若竹「それは嬉しいですね。実は私も同じです。
仕事の話ばかりだと固くなりますからね、こういう共通点があると嬉しいです。」




若竹「では最後に、当社で働くうえでどんなことを実現したいか、教えてください。」

陳「はい。私は、国籍に関係なくチームで成果を出せる環境を作りたいと思っています。
御社のようにグローバルな企業で、自分の技術と経験を活かしたいです。」

若竹「ありがとうございます。とても前向きでいいですね。
本日の面接は以上になります。結果については、後日ご連絡いたします。」

陳「本日はお時間をいただき、ありがとうございました。」
