À l’origine, dans le Yunnan, le thé n’était pas une boisson de confort : c’était une herbe médicinale, cueillie pour apaiser, soigner, rééquilibrer. Avec le temps, la Chine en a fait un véritable art, du thé vert et oolong du Fujian aux thés rouges ainsi que les thés noirs du Yunnan, chacun façonné par des techniques précises : oxydation, torréfaction, fermentation.
De cet héritage est né le Gong Fu Cha, un rituel raffiné qui met en valeur la complexité des feuilles et la maîtrise du geste.
Avant de se répandre dans le monde entier, le thé a d’abord été une histoire chinoise : une plante, une médecine, puis un art transmis de génération en génération. Aujourd’hui encore, chaque tasse garde un peu de cette profondeur millénaire.
