おいしいラーメン ラーメンは日本でとても人気がある料理です。小麦粉で作った麺と、おいしいスープの組み合わせです。 スープには、豚骨（とんこつ）、醤油、味噌、塩など、色々な種類があります。私の好きなのは豚骨ラーメンです。スープが濃厚で、とてもコクがあるからです。 ラーメンの上のトッピングも素晴らしいです。チャーシュー、メンマ、味付き卵、ネギなどがのっています。 お店で、熱いラーメンをすする時、とても幸せな気分になります。ラーメンは、心も体も温まる、最高の「ソウルフード」です。 あなたの一番好きなラーメンは何ですか？ Delicious Ramen Ramen is a very popular dish in Japan. It consists of noodles made from wheat flour in a delicious soup. There are many kinds of soup, including tonkotsu (pork bone broth), shoyu (soy sauce), miso and shio (salt). My favourite is tonkotsu ramen because the soup is rich with depth in flavour. The toppings on ramen are also wonderful, ranging from char siu (roast pork), menma (bamboo shoots), seasoned egg to green onions and so on. Slurping a bowl of piping hot ramen makes me feel happy.
