今天是星期五。温热的天气让人难以专注于工作。when translated into Chinese，this sentence should be split into two short ones。you should omit the translation of the word "the"(那个) here. In this sentence, "it" refers to "to focus on work", but in Chinese, this does not make sense. It can not be the SUBJECT of this translated sentence. Because the action "to focus on work" is not initiated by “it” but by people, say "Me" or "YOU" or just "PEOPLE"

在午餐时间，我可能去散步的靠, 湖边和喂鸭子们

祝你有个愉快的周末    “很大的“ means hugh，large. Great here means wonderful，nice.  Only when you claim that you possess something, does the word ”have“ mean ”有“.  

if you put this sentence in this way "wish that you have a great weekend" or "WISH you a great weekend', Google will do a better job.

tips

you don't have to translate the “and” in Chinese in the second line.Only in in the situation like “my hobbies are reading and swimming”，“and” translates to “和”and“与”etc.when using it as the associated word between two lines it translates to “而且”，“并”，and“还”etc.
