Hi! I was born and raised in Oslo, Norway, and I’d love to help you learn Norwegian. I’m a passionate traveler and have lived abroad several times. Right now, I’m based in Rome, Italy.
I have a teaching degree from the University of Oslo and a TEFL certificate (Teaching English as a Foreign Language). I really enjoy working with languages and supporting students in reaching their goals. I speak English fluently and I’m also proficient in Spanish.Moi en tant que professeur
I’ve been teaching for many years, both in the classroom and online—on italki, in private lessons, and in group sessions. I’ve worked with everyone from young children to adults, and I love adapting my lessons to suit each learner. Teaching is something I truly enjoy, and I find it incredibly rewarding. I always aim to make my lessons fun and engaging, and I focus on building a good connection with my students. I’m a patient teacher who understands that speaking in a new language can feel intimidating, so I always aim to create a relaxed, friendly space where mistakes are not only okay but a natural and welcome part of the learning process.

Wholeheartedly recommend! Very attentive teacher, focused and adaptable to your individual needs and way of learning. Also a nice person to talk to, so an hour flew by! Overall, very productive first lesson, where we made a plan on how to proceed. Looking forward to the next one!

Det er alltid hyggelig å snakke med Eivind. Tiden går veldig fort mens vi snakker om forskjellige ting og temaer. Jeg føler meg veldig komfortabel i timene våre. Det føles som om du snakker med en god venn og samtidig får du masse utbytte av å lære språk på en morsom og hyggelig måte.
