Could just mean the book is so heavy and big, if you use it to swing and hit the mosquito it will not survive as it will be killed by the size and weight of the HR book.

When you hear Yoga, you'll think of a series of postures, being still, stretching, breathing, etc. All these thing will lead you to a good health(,) if you do it in a right way. I like Yoga, it can help me to relax, and get rid of my fatigue. Yoga is a good choice when you want to improve your body shape. It's not like most of sports, the stretching can help all the part of your body being active. There are a lot of types of Yoga, I did (H)ot Yoga a few years ago, it really helped me to get full of energy. I also lost a lot of weight at the (time). I like Yoga very much, and I'm going to restart it soon.
