也就是说，快乐、生气、伤心和喜悦这样的情感没有发生时，叫做“中”，在合适的情况下发生，叫做“和”。

“中”与“和”这两个字，在中国的语言文化中，既简单，又极其重要。

Hello everyone, my name is Penny, welcome to this channel. In this channel, I will share with you wisdoms of Chinese thinkers and philosophers from the past.

The wisdom of the day comes from “The Doctrine of the Mean”, which is a confucianist classic. It mainly talks about study methods and what does it mean of being a human. For thousands of years, it is revered as a classic of Chinese culture.

While there are no stirrings of pleasure, anger, sorrow or joy, the mind may be said to be in the state of Equilibrium.

When those feelings have been stirred, and they act in their due degree, there ensues what may be called the state of Harmony.

This two words (character 中 and 和 ) is so simple but so important in Chinese language and culture.

¡Hola mi nombre es Elizabeth Benítez y Bienvenidos a mi podcast de español para principiantes! En el episodio de hoy, vamos a hablar sobre cómo presentarte a ti mismo en español. Si estás aprendiendo español, esta es una habilidad muy importante que te ayudará a hacer amigos y establecer conexiones en el mundo hispanohablante.

Primero, hablemos sobre cómo decir tu nombre. Puedes decir "Hola, me llamo [tu nombre]". Por ejemplo, si tu nombre es Elizabeth, puedes decir "Hola, me llamo Elizabeth". Es importante recordar que en español, el apellido va después del nombre, así que si tienes un apellido, también puedes agregarlo. Por ejemplo, "Hola, me llamo Elizabeth Benítez".

Luego, puedes seguir presentándote con información básica sobre ti. Puedes decir "Soy de [tu país]" para indicar de dónde eres. Por ejemplo,"Soy de Ecuador" "Soy de México" o "Soy de España". También puedes decir "Tengo [tu edad] años" para indicar tu edad. Por ejemplo, "Tengo 28 años".

今日は朝に飲む飲み物について話そうと思います。
みんなは朝なんか飲む？それともなんにも飲まない？
俺は基本的にはコーヒーが好きだから毎朝コーヒー飲んでるんだけど、最近ねぇ、自分がちょっと飲みすぎてることに気付いたから少し飲む量を控えてるんだよね。
でも、コーヒーはまだ普通に好きだから、完全に飲まないって訳じゃなくて、お茶を代わりに飲むようにしてる！
って言うのもさぁ、俺今スウェーデンから追い出されて日本に一時的に帰って来てるんだけど、最近はおばあちゃんちでお世話になっててさ、毎日コーヒー飲んでたらおばあちゃんに『いや、あんたもう飲みすぎよぉ！コーヒーがどんどん減ってっちゃうじゃないのよぉ！！コーヒーばっかりじゃなくてお茶も飲むようにしなさいよぉ！』って言われたのもあるんだけどね笑
しかも俺強いブラックコーヒーが好きだからさ、おばあちゃんの3倍くらい入れてどんどんどんどん無くなっちゃうんだよね😭
俺のスウェーデン人の妻は今スウェーデンにいるんだけど、彼女もコーヒーが大好きだから、スウェーデンにいた時は、めちゃくちゃコーヒー飲んでたけど、最近はめちゃくちゃ飲みたい気持ちを抑えて、コーヒーの代わりになるべくお茶を飲むようにしてます。
んで、みんなは何を飲むんだい？
俺と一緒でコーヒーが大好き！って言う人も、全然コーヒー好きじゃねぇよ！って言う人も、教えてね！
