这个星期中国最火的话题之一是新东方直播。新东方是一家教育培训公司，是做出国的英语培训起家的，后来也做中小学基础教育。因为疫情影响，出国的人变少了。2021年7月中国开始实施“双减”政策。第一、减轻义务教育阶段学生的作业负担，第二、减轻校外培训负担。这个政策对教育培训机构造成了巨大的影响，很多老师失业，机构也不得不开始转型。
新东方在2021年底开始了直播带货，卖农产品。但是一开始并没有什么人关注，直播间只有几十个人观看。经过半年的坚持努力，新东方直播间从最初平均单场直播销售额不足30万，逆袭为现在的单场平均销售额近1500万。3天时间，粉丝增加近160万，销售额增加1777万元。
他们是如何做到的呢？今年6月份以来，“新东方直播间”队伍登场，带货主播都是新东方的英语老师。他们一边说英语，一边介绍产品。网友开玩笑说，买个东西还可以免费学英语。其中人气最高的是董宇辉，他不仅幽默，还很有才华。在他的直播间，你不仅可以学英语，还可以听他讲优美的诗词。他会分享他的经验和故事，你会因为他的坚持和乐观而感动。
董老师的一段话让我很感动，他对那些经历过痛苦的人说：“运气可能会来也可能不会来，但是这不影响你本来要坚守的心。痛苦是对的，痛苦源于对现状的不满。痛苦的人才有欲望去改变一切。痛苦就是力量”

EL Chile no es sólo un condimento extraordinario, quizá el más versátil de cuantos existen; es, también, un alimento de gran valor nutritivo.

Es rico en vitaminas: el vegetal con mayor concentración de ácido ascórbico que se conoce (el descubrimiento de esta sustancia en la pulpa del chile le valió al doctor húngaro Albert Szent-Gyürgyi el otorgamiento del Premio Nobel de fisiología y medicina en 1937).

Los chiles frescos contienen más del doble de vitamina C que el limón y la naranja y casi seis veces más que la toronja; los secos, por su parte, contienen vitamina A en una proporción mayor que, las zanahorias, por ejemplo. Los chiles poseen además cantidades significativas, aunque menores, de vitaminas E, P y B, y de algunos minerales.
Si bien su consumo excesivo puede provocar diversas molestias, como gastritis o úlceras, comer chile resulta esencial para una dieta balanceada. Y entre los mexicanos todavía más: se ha comprobado que el chile induce una alta digestibilidad de las proteínas del maíz y del frijol, de modo que, como dice José lturriaga, 
“el chile no es para los mexicanos solamente un complemento alimenticio, sino un multiplicador nutricional”.

La interdependencia que se ha conservado en la típica tríada alimenticia mexicana: maíz, frijol y chile, integra un complejo de componentes altamente alimenticios que se equilibran y refuerzan entre sí. Un taco de frijoles con salsa no es solamente sabroso sino nutritivo.

Adicionalmente sus usos industriales son cada vez mayores. El chile rojo en polvo, rico en capsantina (ingrediente que determina la cantidad de pigmento en un chile), se emplea en la avicultura como alimento para las gallinas, con objeto de obtener una intensa coloración amarilla, muy apreciada, tanto en las yemas de los huevos como en la piel de los pollos.
