副社長:
「本日はお越しいただきありがとうございます。お名前と簡単な自己紹介をお願いします。」

リー:
「はい、リーと申します。日本語能力試験一級を取得しており、現在プログラマーとして働いております。新しいプログラミング言語の習得にも積極的で、大阪支店で貴社に貢献したいと考えております。」

副社長:
「素晴らしいですね。現在はどのようなプログラミング言語を使用されていますか？」

リー:
「主にJavaとPythonを使っていますが、C++やJavaScriptなど他の言語の習得にも意欲的です。」

副社長:
「いいですね。新しい技術への適応力は重要です。我が社は多様なバックグラウンドを持つ人材を歓迎しています。異なる文化の中での経験はありますか？」

リー:
「はい、大学時代に異文化交流のプログラムに参加した経験があり、異なる考え方を理解し、協力する大切さを学びました。」

副社長:
「私もアメリカと上海で学んだ経験があります。その経験は今の仕事に大いに役立っています。チームワークについて、あなたの強みは何だと思いますか？」

リー:
「私の穏やかな性格と人当たりの良さがチームワークにおいての強みです。メンバーの意見を尊重しつつ、円滑なコミュニケーションを心がけています。」

副社長:
「それは非常に重要な要素ですね。最後に、私たちの会社でどのように成長したいと考えていますか？」

リー:
「新しい技術を積極的に学び、チームに貢献しながら、自分自身も成長していきたいと考えています。大阪支店での経験を通じて、貴社の発展に寄与できればと思います。」

副社長:
「素晴らしいお話をありがとうございました。本日の面接は以上です。」
