Hari ini saya punya cerita menarik! Hari Jumat minggu lalu, waktu bertemu dengan salah satu murid saya, saya bilang “Di Indonesia, banyak polisi tidur di jalan loh”. Terus, murid saya bingung, “Polisi tidur di jalan? Untuk apa? Itu sangat bahaya kan!” Dia kaget banget! 
Ya, ya, “Polisi tidur” di Bahasa Inggris artinya “speed bump”, tapi saya pikir di Jepang tidak ada polisi tidur ya, jadi artinya polisi tidur adalah 車の速度を落とさせるための道路上の段差のこと。Menarik kan! 
Di Indonesia, biasanya di area yang ada sekolah atau di jalanan kecil, banyak polisi tidur. Kadang-kadang ada 4, 5 polisi tidur. Jadi, kalau kalian pergi ke Indonesia, jangan kaget melihat banyak polisi tidur di jalan. Hehe.. Ok, Sampai di sini ya. Sampai jumpa lagi!

音読み　おう
訓読み　きみ

意味は、トップの人、力、とかそんな感じです。

例えば、

・王道ーおうどう　「王道」はもともと「簡単な道」「近道」などの意味でしたが、今は「正攻法」「なにかを進める時の1番間違いない方法」というような意味で使うことが多いです

・国王ーこくおう　King 国のトップ

・王座ーおうざ　王のポジション

・ホームラン王ーほーむらんおう　今年1番ホームランを打った人

・王手ーおうて　もとは将棋の言葉ですが、転じて今はスポーツなどで、優勝まであと一歩までに近づいていることをいいます。




こんな感じですね。
これを使って例文を作っていきましょう！

・日本語上達の王道は、毎日Podcastを聞くことです。

・彼は歴史上、最後の国王となった。

・彼は長い苦しい時期をこえ、王座についた。
