“真zhēn 是shì 不幸bù xìng ！”老太太lǎo tài tai 说shuō ：“他tā 的de 老婆lǎo pó 太tài 不bù 好hǎo 了le ，不bù 做饭zuò fàn 、不bù 洗xǐ 衣服yī fú 、不bù 带dài 孩子hái zi ，天天tiān tiān 就是jiù shì 睡觉shuì jiào ，我wǒ 儿子ér zi 还hái 每měi 天tiān 做好zuò hǎo 饭fàn ，送sòng 到dào 房间fáng jiān 里lǐ 给gěi 她tā 吃chī 呢ne ！”

“那nà 女儿nǚ ér 呢ne ？”

“那nà 她tā 可kě 就jiù 好hǎo 了le 。”老太太lǎo tài tai 笑xiào 了le ：“她tā 有yǒu 一yī 个gè 不错bù cuò 的de 老公lǎo gōng 。所有suǒ yǒu 的de 事shì 都dōu 是shì 老公lǎo gōng 来lái 做zuò ，洗xǐ 衣服yī fú 、带dài 孩子hái zi ，她tā 老公lǎo gōng 还hái 每天měi tiān 做好zuò hǎo 饭fàn ，送sòng 到dào 房间fáng jiān 里lǐ 给gěi 她tā 吃chī 呢ne ！”

What Type Of Employee Are you? Are you a Changer or a Runner?

‘‘Run‘‘ stands for the routine, well-defined processes. 

‘‘Change‘‘ — for expanding to the unknown, innovative or experimental. 

Runners and Changers are different people. 

A common mistake in companies is to combine Running and Changing in the same person. 

For example, Runner managers are good administrators. They are good at building processes within the department and making sure that daily tasks get done.

Changer managers are visionaries and strategists who aren’t strong in the day-to-day operations. They implement new projects and ideas.
