¿Que es el pandebono y como se prepara?

一百多年前，陈独秀先生《敬告青年》，一百余年过去，一点都不过时。这个社会被抖音短视频快手充斥，有理想有情怀的人少之又少。谨以此文，致敬经典。
我认为人在年少时便懂事，是中国人称赞人的话语；年纪大的时候却不见衰老（Keep young while growing old.），是英美人互相勉励的话语，这难道不是东西方民族的想法不同，从而导致现象不一样的一个方面吗？青年就像初春，像朝日，像百花萌动，像磨刀石上新发出的利刃，是人生中最应该宝贵的时期。

青年对于社会，就像新鲜活泼的细胞在人体内新陈代谢一样，而那些陈腐朽败的人，无时不在被天然淘汰的路上，给新鲜活泼的人腾出空间留位置，腾出时间来生活。人的身体如果遵循了新陈代谢的规律就会变得健康，若是让陈腐朽败的细胞充塞了就会死亡；社会遵循了社会的新陈代谢就会兴隆盛大，如果陈腐朽败的人充塞了社会，那么这个社会就会灭亡。
依上所述，我们的国家社会，是将要兴隆盛大呢？抑或是即将灭亡呢？我不忍心说出口啊。那些陈腐朽败的人，一听说自己是要被天然淘汰的，自然不愿意随着岁月流逝，我们对他们说短道长，希望他们能够脱胎换骨。我之所以想要这样涕泣陈词，只是希望我们国家的新鲜活泼的青年人，能够自我觉醒并奋斗！

什么是自我觉醒？自我觉醒是新鲜活泼的青年的价值和责任，是能够自我审视、认识自己而不自我看轻。什么是奋斗？奋斗是用我们所拥有的智慧和才能，奋力去排除那些陈腐朽败的人，将他们视作仇敌，视作洪水猛兽，并不与他们亲近，不被他们身上的菌毒所传染。
唉！我们国家的青年啊！我真的能够在这里这样告诉他们吗！我见到岁数处于青年，而身体已经步入老年的人差不多有（其中的）十分之五，而年龄和身体处于青年，大脑却已经步入老年的人有（其中的）十分之九了。将头发变得光亮、容貌变得滋润、腰板挺直、胸膛挺起，这就非常像一个青年的模样了，但是等到询问他们脑子里的想法和所怀揣的抱负，却无一不和那些陈腐朽败的人是一丘之貉。这些青年开始也未曾不是新鲜活泼的。萎靡不振，被陈腐朽败的人同化的有一部分；萎靡不振，惧怕陈腐朽败的人的势力的庞大，瞻前顾后地，不敢明目张胆地跟他们顽强抗争、斗争的，也有一部分人。（现在）充塞社会空气的，无论到哪不都是陈腐朽败的人吗？我们想要寻求那些少有的新鲜活泼的青年，以此慰藉我们心中那令人窒息的绝望，也还是得不到任何消息。

以上所说的现象，如果放人身上来看，人是必死无疑的；如果放社会上来看，社会是必然会灭亡的。如果想要救治当前社会的弊病，唉声叹气是没有什么用的，我们需要一些聪明地得以自我觉醒的、勇于奋斗的青年，发挥青年固有的智慧和才能，决择人间种种的思想——什么是新鲜活泼的、适用于今天世界的斗争求存的思想；什么是陈腐朽败而不应该容许被留在头脑中的思想——有如利刃断铁，快刀理麻，而绝对不抱有屈从他人的愿望的想法，（像这样）解放自己和他人，社会或许能够有清宁的日子。青年人啊！是否有能够自告奋勇担此大任的人呢？如果你们能够明白是非对错的道理，我在这里真诚提出以下六点要求，以供决择，希望你们能够放平心态细细品读。

（四）世界的而非锁国的

（五）实利的而非虚文的

（六）科学的而非想象的

-Constantly checking on employees' progress, questioning every decision, and demanding frequent updates.

-Taking over tasks that should be delegated, providing unnecessary levels of detail, and interfering with employees' work processes.

-Exhibiting a distrustful attitude towards employees, assuming incompetence, and withholding necessary information.

-Failing to provide clear expectations, offering inconsistent feedback, and creating a climate of fear and uncertainty.

Employees may experience decreased job satisfaction, reduced motivation, and a decline in overall performance. Micromanagement can stifle creativity, innovation, and teamwork, hindering organizational growth and success. To counteract the negative effects of micromanagement, organizations should prioritize leadership development, empower employees, and establish clear performance expectations.

Effective leaders focus on creating a supportive and empowering environment where employees can thrive and contribute to the organization's goals.
