食材内部 shí cái nèi bù：Food Ingredients
封锁 fēng suǒ：blockade; seal off
熟 shú：cooked; done
常温 cháng wēn：normal temperature
吹 chuī：blow
分别 fēn bié：separately

蒸鸡蛋 zhēng jī dàn 、 蒸米饭 zhēng mǐ fàn 、蒸土豆 zhēng tǔ dòu
盐焗鸡 yán jú jī 、 芝士焗龙虾 zhī shì jú lóng xiā
