我的家乡话是潮汕话。
Wǒ de jiāxiānghuà shì cháoshànhuà.
My hometown language is Teochew.

我在学校学习普通话。
Wǒ zài xuéxiào xuéxí pǔtōnghuà.
I learned Mandarin at school.

我很喜欢学习外语。
Wǒ hěn xǐhuan xuéxí wàiyǔ.
I really like learning foreign languages.

我学过英语、日语、泰语和法语。
Wǒ xuéguo yīngyǔ, rìyǔ, tàiyǔ hé fǎyǔ.
I have studied English, Japanese, Thai, and French.

我11岁开始学英语。
Wǒ shíyī suì kāishǐ xué yīngyǔ.
I started learning English when I was eleven.

那时候，我的英语考试很好，所以我很喜欢英语。
Nà shíhou, wǒ de yīngyǔ kǎoshì hěn hǎo, suǒyǐ wǒ hěn xǐhuan yīngyǔ.
At that time, my English exam scores were good, so I really liked English.

上大学的时候，我学习日语。
Shàng dàxué de shíhou, wǒ xuéxí rìyǔ.
When I was in college, I studied Japanese.

大三的时候我去日本学习了一年。
Dàsān de shíhou wǒ qù rìběn xuéxí le yì nián.
In my junior year, I went to Japan to study for one year.

在日本，我每天听日语、说日语。
Zài rìběn, wǒ měitiān tīng rìyǔ, shuō rìyǔ.
In Japan, I listened to and spoke Japanese every day.

我的日语更好了。
Wǒ de rìyǔ gènghǎo le.
My Japanese got better.

在日本，我也认识了一些外国朋友。
Zài rìběn, wǒ yě rènshi le yìxiē wàiguó péngyou.
In Japan, I also met some foreign friends.

有的朋友日语不太好，所以我们常常说英语。
Yǒu de péngyou rìyǔ bútàihǎo, suǒyǐ wǒmen chángcháng shuō yīngyǔ.
Some friends' Japanese was not very good, so we often spoke English.

我认识了很多不一样的人，也知道了很多新的事情。
Wǒ rènshi le hěn duō bù yíyàng de rén, yě zhīdào le hěn duō xīn de shìqing.
I met many different kinds of people and learned many new things.

2024年，我在泰国住了一年，也学习泰语。
Èr líng èr sì nián, wǒ zài tàiguó zhù le yì nián, yě xuéxí tàiyǔ.
In 2024, I lived in Thailand for one year and also studied Thai.
