私はネイティブの関西人なので、無意識に使っていますが、聞いている人からすると、すぐにわかるようです。

　標準語　高いまま
　関西弁　中だけあがる

イントネーションの違い、わかりますか？
正直、標準語はちょっと自信がないです笑
無意識に関西弁を使い続けているので。
