It’s an easy question for those who know the basics of macroeconomic. To calculate the inflation rate we have to know the CPI which is the consumers price index. We have to subtract the CPI of the base year from the CPI of current year then divide the result by the CPI of base year. The amount which comes from this formula should be multiplied to 100. Now we have the inflation rate of current year.
