Which one is correct?
1) I usually do this 'in my daily basis.
2) I usually do this 'on my daily basis.
3) both are correct.

#2 is close, but instead of “on my daily basis” we would say “on a daily basis.”

"I do this daily".
I would NEVER combine the words "usually" and "basis" in the same sentence because the words serve opposite purposes. "Daily basis" emphasizes predictability whereas "usually" emphasizes the exact opposite:
"To remain alive, the patient must be given this medicine on a daily basis". (Please, not just "usually"!)

I usually do this on a daily basis.
I usually do this in my daily routine.
I usually do this as part of my daily routine.
