TOPIC: You want to sell some of your furniture. You think a friend of yours might like to buy it from you. Write a letter to your friend. In your letter explain:
-why are you selling,
-describe the furniture,
-suggest a date when your friend can come and see the furniture.
Dear Marko,
We haven’t been in touch for a while… First of all I would like to ask you how are you, how is your family? What is new in your life? I have some news, good ones this time…
I suppose that you heard from our friends that I moved from my apartment in Sarajevo and I bought a big and beautiful house in Mostar. New house – new decorations like it supposed to be. Now I have a lot of furniture that I don’t use now since it doesn’t fit in new environment, and I decided to sell it. I am not selling much stuff: one bedroom couch (big, cozy, 220cm*180cm, made of wood, without any damage) and one closet (also made of wood, from store Jysk, two doors, five shelves and two drawers, 200cm height). Since I am on terrain very often I suggest you to come to see the furniture in my house just after the holidays, maybe on 15th of March.
Looking forward to see you!
Sincerely yours Milan.

I would say "Now I have some furniture that I can't use in the new house". It's perhaps not logically correct, but it's how we talk about such choices.

“News” is an uncountable noun, not a plural noun, so “I have some news, good ONES” is an error. You could say “I have some news, but it’s good news this time”
Another small error: like it is (or “it’s”) supposed to be

Oh, and if I'm understanding what you mean at the end, that should be"Since I'm home often... "
