Takoyaki is amazing because of its perfect contrast. It is crispy on the outside and wonderfully soft and creamy inside. Every bite contains a chewy piece of savoury octopus. Rich brown sauce, creamy mayonnaise, and dancing bonito flakes add a smoky, deep flavour. It is the ultimate comforting street food.
