Firstly, I have to say that sugar is considered a drug, but why shouldn't we
eat it? Well, I am going to explain two things before we can get the answer. The first thing is related to a healthy diet. We have to have
a balanced diet. It doesn't mean that you have to suffer by eating only healthy
food. I think if you get a good balance of your daily calories, you can
eat sugar, but it doesn't mean that you have to abuse this. The second thing is
related to sports. You should find a sport that you like doing because
if you practise a sport that you don't like, eventually you will quit it( we can
see the typical example in real life: Imagine that someone signs up to the
gym but it is not his preferred sport, probably in a couple of weeks, he will
quit the gym). Despite sugar being dangerous for the health, I think that if you
get a good balance of the quantity of sugar in your diet, sugar
could probably be healthy even. In conclusion, I think it is not necessary that you have to
suffer with your diet like a professional athlete but you should eat healthy and
sometimes you can eat sugar but you also need to practise any sport that you
are comfortable with.
