Everyone has a special place to relax and get away from it all. Every time I feel stressed I go walking along the sea promenade. Watching the stunning seascape and listening to the waves are destressing factors, and every time I come back from the walk I am destressed and relaxed.

Watching the stunning landscape of the sea and listening to the waves are stressing reducing factors, and every time I come back from the walking session, I come back stress free and relaxed.
