Is "Instant Tutoring" no longer available?
Forgive me if this topic has been addressed multiple times here, but I couldn't find a way to "Search" topics on the Discussion board here. I used to use italki about 3 years ago for language lessons, and remember having a "instant tutoring" function available where I could instantly book teachers/tutors that were available to teach at that moment. I found it very useful since I was able to book lessons when I had some spare time. Now, when I try to find teachers here on italki, it seems like I need to book teachers some hours? in advance. Is the "instant tutoring" no longer a service offered here?

Apparently, italki replaced instant tutoring by the lesson invitation which is of course something completely different.

I remember seeing that too. I don't think it's available anymore :( I think it would be great for them to add it back.

As a new teacher on italki I’ve heard about instant tutoring! I so desperately wish they could bring it back !

Ah, okay thanks for clarifying. I wonder why they got rid of it. It was very useful!
