chatGPT Plus, for 20$/month you have everything, and that's much cheaper than paying a person. It has a voice feature that works great, it also writes a transcript of what you say and you can later ask it to correct it or improve. It remembers what you asked for whether it is an exam preparation or the way you wanna have your Feedback or topics that you're interested in. I made separate chats for different purposes. For example, there is one where I send new words and it sends me back a table with a definition, example sentence, level and common usage forms. Or in another I send a list of words and it sends me back a text with fill in the blanks, made of these words. Honestly, it does need a little bit improvement, sometimes you need to ask a few times to get it exactly as you want, but it's ridiculous to think that it can't replace a teacher, you just need to learn how to ask it and also the pace of its improvement is astonishing.

For vocabulary there are some great flashcard apps that help you memorise new vocabulary and expressions, and as a teacher I always recommend such tools to revise vocabulary that we covered in the lesson. But for speaking itself, honestly I think you need to have real experience speaking with a person: whether in a language exchange or by booking conversation classes. I’ve seen advertising for some AI apps, but I don’t believe they can replace speaking with real people when it comes to language learning. Italki is fantastic for such things!

If you want to exchange conversation with other learners, there's Tandem. Just keep in mind that you have to filter and search a lot before finding a good partner, since some men (and a few women) use the app with second intentions. But it's not impossible to find someone.
