I want to save the world
When I began my formation(?), I thought of about helping weakened(?) people.
But reality is not like a utopia. In reality, I do to pay attention not to I try to ensure (that) I don't crease the hierarchy(?), to and that I go in down the quite right path. If I don't want respect the rules of institution, I pay it expansive(?).
Also, I don't think I can't can save people, to bring to fit(?), if our government don't doesn't change. I have the impression that my work is only powder with the eyes(?), but that we do not have the means at our disposal to be effective.
I'm a welfare worker.
It's a good attempt and I understand the general meaning, but some of your words aren't quite right. I'll offer some suggestions though where I can. These words may not express what you meant though, ok?
formation - work? ; weakened - worse-off? ; crease the hierarchy - "rattle any cages" (English idiom) ; expansive - (I think you meant "expensive," but you can just say "I pay for it" or "I pay the price" [idiom]) ; fit - health ; powder in the eyes (is this a French idiom?) - underappreciated.
