received fake product from e-shop I have brouht a bottle of honey in a e-shop on a web site named “1 号商城”，and after I got it ,I opened it and taste,and found it was fake,them i told to the merchant that the product I recieved was fake ,it was not honey at all,but she denyed, and refused to get a return of goods,so I gave a negative review of their product,and what makes me more angry is that the merchant replied my review,she said I cheat her of her money,and she would never yield to this kind of consumers. Then i complanted to the "1 号商城“through the internet, but they didn't reply me, so I complained to them by phone, and they said they would deal with it, but a month past,they didn't do what they said,and I found that the 1 号商城 standed in the side of the merchant, for example, It did have the selection to give a complain, but it didn't work,and you also can give a evalution to their treatment,but they only had a option,which was "satisfied",didn't have the option of "unsatisfied", and you can gave a comment ,but couldn't give another comment,however, the merchant can give many replyes to you comment,and If they denied or pour the dirty water on you,you have no chance to defend yourself. There has a very good web site named 淘宝,It prevent the consumer from being cheated by the merchant, but there also have a problem, If the product is not as perfect as the consumer think, they will complain, and few of them threat the merchant if the merchant not give back parts of his payments of goods,he will give a negative comment on their product,which will have a heavy impact on their product, so the merchant have nothing to do but do as the consumer said. It is a big problem to the e-commerce of how to protect the interest of both merchant and consumer,what have your country done to protect the merchant's and the consumers' interest ?

thank you for your advice,but this is not work in china,because It is a E-shop,the policeman don't know where to find the merchant,and policeman in china will not help you to deal with this kind of things.
