swimming lesson
One week ago, a friend introduced a swimming coach to me, he is a professional swimming coach ,he who was in China national team years ago .
The There is a swimming pool is just in front of the building in which i am living. It belongs to our community and is ,its free for us those who are living in our this community .
I did know knew nothing about swimming one week ago, so and my coach told me he will teach me not just i could to swim but i could to swim very well, and that's why i chose him to be my coach .
At the beginning, he just taught me how to float on the water. At first i didn't dare to put my head into under the water, because once as soon as my nose touched the water, i just wanted to breathe,(breath (noun) and breathe (verb) are both pronounced and spelt differently), then everybody knows the result is that I inhale some water through my nose, it was a such terrible an awful feeling. , and Then I learnt how to knock kick my legs and at first i could use my legs to knock kick the water very well and i could move very fast, but then a new the problem arose is coming, that i couldn't keep myself swim in a straightly line. The coach is very strict and professional coach, he told me how to relax my body, how to kick my legs and how to control my feet .
Now,i could can swim move for 14 meters just through kicking my legs, in just one breath, and in a straight line very straightly .
I still need to practice using my legs to kick water, because my coach thinks the basic skills are very important .
I am very happy because i could can "move" in the water .
Punctuation - space comes after the comma, fullstop, not before; 'I' is capital 'i'.
