Describing a house

This is a homework. I have to describe a house or a flat for a house rental website. Could someone correct me, please?

The house is located near Doñana Park, from 50 metres from the beach.
It is a very beautiful small house with a garden in the back where there are a lot of flowers in spring and summer. It has two bedrooms, a bathroom and a small kitchen, but the living room is big and bright with two wide windows and a terrace from where you can see the sea while you are having the breakfast. All the rooms have air conditioning. In the living room there is a comfortable sofa and a big TV.
It is possible to walk along the beach to Doñana Park and you can see a lot of kind of many different birds that are always looking for shellfish from the sea.
The house is close to several restaurants, so you can eat outside if you want, but also there is also a small supermarket nearby, so you can buy what you need.
The house is suitable for a family, even one with a pet.
