Some people think living in big cities is bad for people's health In the present age increasing number of people are prefer to live in big cities, which is a common phenomenon around the world. Yet at the same time, whether it is bad to human-being’s health has triggered a controversial issue. In this essay, I will analyse both sides in the following texts. Admittedly, it is the fact that there are some advantages that benefiting our health when living in the big city. To start with, people nowadays are not only use jogging and walking as exercise means, but starting use professional facilities to get efficiently healthier. The fitness center, which provides the equipment to the exercisers, are anywhere in the city. So that people can access a healthier life manner. Also, there is no doubt about it: Medical care schemes and services are much more advanced than in the rural regions, for the government are usually spend higher budgets to the develop or the high-density city, thus better treatment can be found in the area. On the other hand, however, air pollution is a serious problem that hazarding humen’s health. In every year, many of victims died in some fatal diseases like cancer or tuberculosis, cancer , is cause by suffering in a long term bad quality air environment in city, a recent health survey shows.Besides, more and more evidences poof that noise is link to human’s health and the people who living in cities is more likely to be surrounding by a noisy environment because of its tremendous populations. Some people are irritable and cannot concentrated in a noisy area. Thus, noise can damage humen’s sense of hearing and mental health. Moreover, the higher cost of living for those who living in big cities cannot be overlook and it brings a great deal of pressure to them.. Thus, they have no choice but be forced the fast speed of city life: do not have enough sleeping time, eating fast food most of time, have to work till mid-night, are the major elements that harmful our health. In conclusion, regarding the views above, I firmly believe that the drawbacks slightly outweigh the advantages. Though the great conveniences the big city it has, but should we consider our health first when chose where to live?
