Also, though what you meant was understood when you used "nagsasalita ako", it actually translates to "I am speaking at this moment". It would be better to say, "nakapagsasalita ako", which means "I am able to speak". However, the more natural way to say it would be "marunong akong mag-Ingles at Espanyol", which means, "I know how to speak English and Spanish". The "mag" there would translate to "how to speak".
