我只是来家了！ （我刚回到家）

明天是“骑车去工作”天。 （明天骑车去工作)

我只是来家了！我刚刚回家！ 
我骑车二十英里。 我骑了二十英里的车。
明天是“骑车去工作”天。 明天是“骑车上班”日，
所以我今天去回家用骑车， 和明天我去工作用骑车。所以我今天骑车回家，而且明天骑车去上班。

(我累了is grammatically correct, but it means we are tired of something and don't want any more. We don't say 来家, but 回家. 刚刚 could be used for English word just when you mean shortly after doing something. We don't say 和 between sentences. Actually you don't need to say anything here, but if you feel strange, you can use 而且.) 

You know dear, only when we translate your sentences into English, we could understand your meaning. My suggestion for you is to use grammar or sentence structure that you have seen or learnt to construct your sentences. Don't translate from English.   

我累了！我很累！（I am tired！）

我只是来家了！ 我刚到家。
我骑车二十英里。 我骑了二十英里。
明天是“骑车去工作”天。 明天是“骑车去工作”的一天。
所以我今天去回家用骑车， 和明天我去工作用骑车。

所以我今天骑车回家，明天骑车去工作。
