Hi Karen, I personally think the best way is to practice with some materials online (reading, listening, or watching English dramas like the other commenter suggested), along with practice speaking + writing. In my experience, I've found that this last step (speaking and writing) are really crucial. Italki is a really great tool to be able to practice! 還有另外一個方法:香港有好多老外,所以你因該可以跟他們練習你的口語!最重要的是你不要害怕,不要害羞吧。。好多人在學別的語言的時候經常會感覺到一點尷尬。這是不可避免的。但是如果你能夠克服你自己的害羞就可以了。加油!!

Here are some minor corrections:

I want to learn English. However, I cannot find a good way to study and learn English well. Can anyone give me some advice?

This is what your sentences would look like with the corrections:
I want to learn English. However, I cannot find a good way to study and learn English well. Can anyone give me some advice?

Advise is a verb that means to give someone suggestions. Advice is a noun that simply means suggestions.
Example:
I advise you to give the young king good advice. (I suggest that you give the young king good suggestions.)

If you're looking for real advice, then I would advise you to read novels and write a lot of notebook entries. Novels do not always use perfect grammar (sometimes it's because of sylistic reasons, and sometimes it's because of bad editing), but they will introduce you to phrases and idioms that you might not find in a textbook. I'm sure you could also find plenty of people willing to be your language partner on italki. I guess I really shouldn't say any more, though, because I haven't tried any of these methods myself to learn a new language. If you want to work on pronunciation, which is what really makes you sound native (you can have impeccable grammar and a huge vocabulary, but if you have an accent, then people will know you're not native and possibly make unkind assumptions about the value of your words), then listen to audiobooks. If you have the means, hire a teacher and meticulously copy his or her pronunciation. Don't take any shortcuts. This will be a slow process, but in my opinion, it's entirely worth it.

I suggest you watching English dramas. You can find the lines of the dramas and read after the actors. I usually watch them with translation for the first time and then without translation for the second time, and read after the actors for the third time. This will help you practice your listening and learn the native use of language.
