How to learn English

I have been learning English for three years now, but I have not made much progress. My Mom says it's because i am not striving

to learn. I don't know how to.

I have been leaning English have three years, but I always have not never make any progress,. mMy mother says it is because you I haven't to strive tried hard enough. ,i I dont konw how know what to do.
