Complainment letter to the washing machine vendor Dear Sir or Madam, This is Nick from Carifornia. I just bought one of your washing machines 3 weeks ago, however, the experience of using your washing machine has been a sad story. Two weeks ago when I used the machine, I put some of my clothes (including two scarves) into it. After it finish washing, the clothes are clean, but what make me unacceptable is that I found my scarves had been split into serveral pieces. I had never encounter such issue when I used other washing machine before. I called your after-sales, and one man came to replace it with a new one. I thought there should be no problem with the new washing machine, but I was wrong. Yesterday I used the washing machine again, when it stops working, some of my clothes were seriously entangled to the washing arms inside the wahsing machine. These accidents has drive me crazy, I will by no means use this washing machine anymore. I hope you can refund this machine or repalce me another model which has no problem. Best regards, Nick
