Mi hijo y yo, hablamos de su futur y cominamos también. Mi hijo juegó los videojuegos. Está sus vacaciones de universidad. Yo lo pregunté, "Tuviste las tareas durante tus vacaciones?" El dijo que no. Yo pregunté a mis otros hijos, "Tuvisteis las tareas hoy?" Ellos lo tuvieron porque no es unos vacaciones por mis otros hijos.

Ayer tuve un día típico. Me levanté a las siete y media. Bebí* un café fuerte con azúcar. Trabajé. Yo tuve también mi lección de español.**
Mi hijo y yo, hablamos de su futuro y también comimos. Mi hijo jugó con/a los videojuegos. Está en sus vacaciones de universidad. Yo le pregunté, "Tienes tarea durante las vacaciones?" El dijo que no.
Yo pregunté a mis otros hijos, "Tenéis tareas hoy?" Ellos sí tenían porque no están de vacaciones.

*Es más habitual utilizar "me tomé un café...".

**En español no utilizamos frases tan cortas, yo cambiaría alguno de los puntos por comas: "Ayer tuve un día típico. Me levanté a las siete y media, me tomé un café fuerte con azúcar, trabajé y también asistí a mi lección de español".

Ayer estuve tuve un día típico (Una manera más corriente de decir eso mismo sería "Ayer tuve un día normal" o "Ayer tuve un día como cualquier otro".) Me levanté a las siete y media. Bebí un café fuerte con azúcar. Trabajé. Yo tuve también me lección de español.
Mi hijo y yo hablamos (no se usan comas entre el sujeto y el verbo, a menos que haya un inciso entre ambos. Por ejemplo: Mi hijo y yo, que vivimos en la misma casa, hablamos...) de su futuro y comimos también. Mi hijo jugó a los videojuegos. Está sus de vacaciones en la universidad. Yo le pregunté, "Tuviste las Tienes tareas durante tus vacaciones?" El dijo que no.
Yo pregunté a mis otros hijos, "Tuvisteis Tenéis las tareas hoy?" Ellos lo sí tuvieron porque no es unos hay/son vacaciones por para mis otros hijos.

Hi Gary. Welcome to Italki. You'll have to look elsewhere for a German-English language partner. I'm an English native who doesn't speak a lick of German! Hey there you don’t speak German do you? Well even if you don’t hopefully you speak English which I guess we all speak ha ha. Anyway although I got on this thing urgently to find a German speaking partner, I would be willing actually to speak English with anyone who wants to speak English for a period of time even if I don’t find anyone speak German with that still OK because I find that this app is very cool, very different than most of the other ones in the Apple Store and I think this has the potential for helping people learn languages faster and I am indeed very excited about it and excited to meet your friends from across the world this way. I do tend to talk a lot so hopefully you’ll also have something to say because otherwise I’ll probably talk and talk and talk ha ha I don’t want to do that I would rather hear what you have to say is well is that good for you?
